By accessing or using VocalAI ("the Service") at vocalai.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VocalAI is an AI-powered text-to-speech tool that converts written text into audio voiceovers. A 24-hour free trial is available with no account required. Full lifetime access is available via a one-time payment processed through Gumroad. "Lifetime access" means access to the current VocalAI voiceover product for as long as VocalAI continues to operate the service. It includes updates and improvements to the voiceover tool, including voice and language expansions. It does not mean the customer's lifetime, guarantee perpetual availability, or automatically include separate future products (such as voice cloning or script-to-video tools). Maintenance updates to the purchased product are included.

Each purchase grants one person a non-transferable licence to access VocalAI on their own devices. Activation keys may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide access to others. VocalAI does not impose character credits or a monthly generation quota. Reasonable technical limits may be applied to automated, excessive, abusive, or service-disrupting usage.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase processed securely through Gumroad. VocalAI includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact contact@vocalai.pro within 30 days of purchase using the email associated with your Gumroad order. Eligible refunds will be returned through the original payment method. This guarantee does not cover fraudulent purchases, refund abuse, or chargeback misuse. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
You retain full ownership of any audio files you generate using VocalAI. VocalAI retains ownership of its software, branding, and underlying technology.
VocalAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VocalAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
